      Decent pay for the area. Steady 40+ hours per week. Good supervisors and management for maintenance. Decent schedule.

      Cons

      Very fast pace. Sometimes there will be several people behind you rushing if critical equipment is down. Work in all envrionments from freezing to sweltering heat
