      - very good compensation in comparison with other places in this area - great management - always happy to listen, help and provide you with feedback - overall great atmosphere at work - use of modern technologies

      - could be a little bit difficult to predict what will happen in next few years - level of technical knowledge could vary greatly

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
