Pros
Had my shared of working at different audit shops at other competitors and have to say I experienced the best culture. It's all very dependent on your team though. The audit system they use is also the best I had worked with, a lot more seamless and simplified than others I've used in the past. They encourage mobility and the company is huge so there is definitely room to grow and move around.
Cons
They aren't as flexible in terms of wfh arrangements. they are pretty strict in requiring you to work in the office 60%. i think they would have a better competitive edge in recruiting if the requirement was only 40% in office during the week. bonuses also aren't as competitive what is in the market.
