      1. You get required softwares, hardwares without much explainations. 2. Vacation Leave Policy is good. 3. More no of sick leaves compared to other organizations. 4. Get good bonus if your work is satisfactory.

      1. Some processes are very rigid and things move slowly. 2. Lot of restrictions from security point of view.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
