Pros
Big company if you have the right people to help you grow and not keep you stagnant. It’s who you know not what you know. Managers make big bonuses and never get terminated when misconduct occurs they simply move them to a new location as a reset button.
Cons
Unprofessional and poor leadership. Poor culture, ethics and morale. Management has always been a concern in every department and poor behavior will be tolerated. No work life balance. Code of conduct is selective on their investigations cameras are everywhere they are only there to protect the company not you. No overtime is available.
