Pros

They pay you just enough to keep you from running out the door mid‑shift.

Cons

J.P. Morgan are bullies with an xcessive workload which is ignored as a known hazard. They ignore medical advice and don't make reasonable adjustments. They are discriminative towards staff with a mental disability. Management behave in a way that destroys trust and confidence. Bullying is ripe, they have created a hostile environment, fail to support staff after illness and set them up to fail. Favouritism is ripe and JP Morgan often breach the Equality Act 2010. They are dominated by a toxic masculinity culture where aggression, bullying and mocking vulnerability is the norm.

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
