      minimum salaries, to be available on call during nights and weekends, difficult to get reimbursements for on duty expenses, etc...

      Everyone is really nice, great environment, steady stream of work

      Cons

      Compensation isn't that good Have to use PTO for sick time and doctors visits etc Specifically for software engineers, the tech stack is outdated
