      Pros

      You should work here if you love advertising and are interested in sales and are outgoing. You do not need to be a good researcher. Personality and presentation is more important.

      Cons

      Too sales focused as opposed to research focused. Very templated work. Little room for growth. A bit narrow-minded and unethical.
