1. Hybrid working mode but we're expected to replace our work in office days if we take a leave on that day (inclusive of sick leaves) 2. Generation Ipsos (aka a pyramid scheme) - You're expected to organise a series of company events that should actually be organised by HR instead. Instead, we have been slaved to complete their jobs 3. Sick leaves - Sick leaves are tracked by HR and they will question if you have utilised more sick leaves than their Asian benchmark number of sick leaves (which who the hell created a benchmark for sick leaves??). What is the use of allocating or providing a specific number of sick leaves per person if they aren't suppoed to use it when they are sick? 4. Offshore support - You'll never be part of the real team, thus prevents growth and opportunities 5. Increment - YoY increment is SO LITTLE?? and barely makes a difference 6. Bonus - Level 7 and below (executives) aren't entitled to bonuses, despite being drained
