Let me tell you how the Ipsos UK system works. They hire senior and very qualified people from foreign countries who need a visa sponsorship and can't say no to a low salary and a title below their current level because they need the sponsorship. And then they make these people work insane hours with incredible workload (some people have more than 3 accounts) and despite all that hard work they don't promote them (even in some cases they promise to do so, encourage you to work your best and then do not promote you with a nonlegitimate excuse). There is also the fact that some people's salaries are much higher than other people with the same title. So if you want to be exploited this is the best place for it. The salaries are a laughing matter and sounds like they can't be true but they are. No one is happy, everyone is looking for a way out. I hope everyone who deserves much better than this company does get a better option in the end and leaves this horrible mess
