Pros
If you are a student and in need of a minimum wage then this is a place for you. You can adjust your working schedule with studying program. They are quite flexible on this matter. And there is no really an interview- if you apply with them, at some point a lady from HR will call you. If you are still interested, you got it. And that is it. The very next day you will be invited for training.
Cons
You get the basic salary and training does not really include role playing or listening to more experience colleges. You are thrown into running train but from the other hand...there is not much to learn. You will master everything within a couple of days. Especially how not to get crazy at work.
