Pros
Mostly friendly co-workers, especially in Operations. Manger was very supportive and accommodating. You can have some interesting studies come across your desk. Benefits package is standard and decent. They reward long-term employees.
Cons
Poor compensation, with little room for growth. It is such a large company, change is slow moving, if it occurs at all. Departments often pass accountability off, lots of "that's not my job" attitude.
