Pros
Smart people, supportive atmosphere, and a positive, ethical, fair place to work. Great benefits package and management tries hard to always do the right thing. A great reputation and a lot of really bright, curious and dedicated people. Minimal political issues, no toxic personalities. Wonderful from these perspectives.
Cons
Has some large company maladies: lots of red tape, processes and procedures which act to insure quality, but can be frustrating if you are used to a more entrepreneurial culture. Pockets of 'rebellious' people help to counter that, so it depends on the unit and the hiring manager's bent.
