Handed in my notice and wasn't welcomed after that,alienated me and never copied me in for staff lunches or events that were happening in my final month. Expected me to be in every day to train the person who was going to take my job, but they didn't hire anyone, so why be in when i was seriously ill, if there was no one to train! Boggles the mind of the useless management. I was sick for a couple of days and was asked to either come in or be in breach of my contract where they'd cancel it and not pay me any money for the month! Utter disgusting behaviour and already sent this to the HR team, who simply did not care about the illegal activity they do. Compared to other companies they pay really low, shockingly low, i am now in a job that is paying £15,000 more.
