Pros

Great place for your first job out of college. Learned some basics on marketing research and teamwork in the real workplace.

Cons

Growth is embarrassingly limited to the "this is the way it works here" where you put in your time and then you get promoted. Promotions are not based on ability or skill level - it's based on how long you've been there. Someone with a basket weaving degree who is incompetent will get the same responsibilities and opportunity for promotion as someone that specializes in marketing research and is the best at what they do. You're a small cog inside of a cog inside of another cog that makes up this corporate wheel. Everyone is replaceable and you are treated as such. Half the people that were there when I started had already moved on to another company and I was only there for 1.5 years.
