Pros
-Lots of opportunities to learn -Friendly team -Appreciation is shown when you perform well -Good guidance from seniors -Work from home option -You will grow in your career (provided you forget your personal life)
Cons
-No work life balance at all. You need to work 14-16 hrs almost everyday to meet the deadlines and you are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays -High attrition rate -They take on more work than they can handle -The research and field teams are always at odds with each other -Sometimes they take on unreasonable research for which you will find no respondents and blame the filed teams -Junior team members are expected to take all the work load while the seniors leave home by 6pm -Sometimes hire people who are not capable of doing the expected work and their work falls on the rest of the team -Pay is less for the amount of work expected
