Pros
Pay packets are fixed and no variables New Recruits will get good learning in coming years Everything is same and it's not different from IMRB, TNS and Nielsen Life is amazing if your manager is good but the team lacks good managers
Cons
HR Policies sucks Learning is limited Trainings will be done but there will no projects on those subjects You will be a operational executive and will do lots of co-ordination Bosses will remember to screw you at time of appraisals and not round the year Fieldwork quality is pathetic You will be a responsible manager and not research manager If you have variable that will never get paid. Business margins are low and employee salaries are high.
