Pros
- Great exposure and stepping stone for fresh graduates: Team structure by expertise means that we get to work with a multitude of clients across different industries - Flexible work arrangement: Bosses weren't absolutely strict on clock in time as long as work is delivered by the deadline; working from home was also an option time to time - Collaboration working spirit: The collaborative spirit in the company manifests in colleagues from other teams being willing to share and flow ideas quite easily - Single-minded focus on "Research Excellence": The company and management's pride and unwavering focus on delivering on research capabilities is a respectable quality - Employee engagement: Company goes out of the way to plan collaboration activities on a monthly basis and other side activities to encourage interaction.
Cons
- Overworked: Maybe characteristic of the market research industry, nature of work is time intensive and often deadlines are tight; often requiring additional hours (sometimes working up till 10pm) to finish work - Rewards and compensations: Bonuses fell below expected market rates: I received one-third month of bonuses for a "good year" in the business.
