Pros
Great workspaces. The office is centrally located. The administration staff and the tech staff are amazing. If you love research work, then this is one of the exciting place to work in.
Cons
The organization is very rigid, absolutely zero flexibility. Lots of stress all the time. No downtime at all. It's a very political place where who you know and how look matters more than your output.
