Pros
Great market research agencies. The only big agency that is still "run" by researchers. Great flexibility, no one bothers you as long as you get your work done. Lots of innovative research and analytics techniques that are superior to most "traditional" research agencies. But just as everywhere else, your immediate team and manager can make all the difference.
Cons
While there is a lot of flexibility in terms of when you get your work done, there are times that one is required to work long hours, weekends, etc. in order to meet clients' deadlines. Bonus structure is not always clear.
