      Pros

      The supervisors and managers and very nice and accommodating. It's nice that you get to choose your own hours.

      Cons

      People on the phones are so vile and rude, completely uncalled for and unnecessary. I only lasted 3 months doing this job because I couldn't take it anymore, its minimum wage and not worth the verbal abuse.
