      Great work culture, management really takes into account employee satisfaction and preferences, opportunities for internal mobility and participation in anything that may be of interest, quarterly hackathons and coding weeks for exploring innovative ideas

      Cons

      Slow to adopt new technology, no feeling of creative/intellectual satisfaction as a software engineer

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Remote work, flexible hours, gift cards as rewards

      Cons

      Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
