      Pros

      Possibility to learn a lot quickly, great stepping stone company, no time to be bored, job security, people are friendly and willing to share their knowledge, small company feeling while working for a big name. My boss was super flexible regarding taking time off. Great Senior Director since last October (he seems to care for his people)

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Expect to be paid way less than other Biotech companies in Greater San Diego Area. High turn over. Expect to do the work of 2 or 3 people. On site management seems to have their hands tied

      Pros

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
