> Part of an international umbrella. > Higher salary than local competitors. > Reasonable benefits (HMO, leaves, etc.)

Cons

> Frequent organizational restructuring (role changes, transfer from 1 team to another). > Additional workload without additional compensation - employee burnout & dissatisfaction is real. > Sluggish career progress (promotion, salary increase, etc.). > For a company that boasts QA services, the company lacks pertinent metrics for gauging skills/performance improvement. > Some employees' experience/competence/fitness for the role is questionable. > Some HR personnel are incompetent. > False promises from management.

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
