Pros
Fun people surprisingly, considering all the cons. Lots of fun happy hour discussion about all the cons. See below for details.
Cons
This is the worst company I have ever worked for in 15 years. There is a revolving door in San Diego and in the past year they have lost the equivalent 150 years of trained talent. Multiple people leave every week. Do you want to be stressed out and work over an 8 hour day every day, without compensation? Join Intertek. Do you want to end up in the hospital with anxiety attacks? Join Intertek. Do you want to get yelled at by clients and your managers for situations that are no fault of your own? Join Intertek. Stay away from this mess of a "company" at all costs. Oh, and if you are a potential client, be warned because every timeline will be delayed and the quality of work will be abysmal.
