Pros

Nothing I have in mind rather than free food which is part of your salary component They also pay very well compare to other companies still some extend

Cons

Here the list goes it is know as Group IT which deals with technology. Pathetic Infrastructure feels like Cyber cafe no canteen Age old methods & technology used Cheap mentality of department head No hierarchy Lot of dependency created by old employees to create their importance No process No ethics They have hire & fire policy just on basis of favouritism HR people are pathetic especially they don't give relieving letter to ex-employee till months They make people run for FnF and experience letter HR are clueless about process & time ; never seen such an unprofessional HR who is clueless about their own work. If you are from giant IT company then dont join this company since after some extend money does not matters

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
