Pros
Adaptable remote hours and a passionate and diverse team.
Cons
During my time at ICFJ, I've consistently endured intense workdays lasting 10-12 hours. What truly dismayed me was discovering that certain directors received substantial bonuses in addition to their already high six-figure salaries, along with annual increases, while others only received a miserable 0.5 to 2 percent salary increases and expected to work like they have received a 10% . This stark inequality and disregard for employee efforts speak volumes about the company's values and priorities. Regrettably, my experience is not unique at ICFJ. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, and understandably so. The company demands an unsustainable pace of relentless work, pushing employees to their limits without appropriate recognition or compensation. Despite my dedication to the organization and its mission, I raised numerous concerns with management, offering potential solutions, yet my feedback was consistently ignored. This made it nearly impossible to continue working there.
