      Nice colleagues who are very supportive Exposure to a lot of control systems to work with.

      Cons

      The job is not ideal for a family-oriented person, you are always offshore and have little time to spend with family. There is no defined growth pattern, you have to ask to get salary increment s/promotion even if you are a high flyer.

      Pros

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Cons

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.
