      I have worked at INTECH for more than a year and my experience was great due to the positive work culture and the great growth opportunities I was given. I learned massively in the time I was there and strongly would recommend others to apply to the company as well.

      Cons

      Non fringe benefits could also be paid a little more heed to.

      Pros

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Cons

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.
