      Pros

      The pay is very good for what we do and more competitive than other companies Good benefits such as bonuses, pay rises, sweets/pizzas

      Cons

      Little to none training and then constant feed back Poor support for team leaders, they dont follow through with promises Definite favouritism within the team and department Rubbish systems Very high workload with no support but then quick to jump on you when mistakes are made

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
