Pros

When you’re doing well, this place is awesome but when you’re hitting a low point in your sales career (and everyone does at some point… ITS SALES) there is no help, leadership, mentoring, guidance, care, nothing. They just give up on you when you’re struggling even if you’re screaming for help. If you’re not the favorite that week then YOU. DONT. MATTER. This place has a way of isolating you and making you feel worthless. I like Bert and was glad when he took over, but the company has significantly gone down hill in the last 2-3 years, especially with the FAILING global expansion

Cons

Leadership (minus Bert) The five shared values that they don’t actually live out They tell you to take time off but they just mean do your job remotely Fear based leadership (I thought this went away after glen Johnson “stepped down”.. think again If you’re not in the clique, you should just leave cause you’ll be alone even when you’re surrounded by 100 people.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
