      Pros

      Working with Insight Global was a great experience. They are eager to assist with any issues/questions and seem to have a good reputation with their clients.

      Cons

      Not a lot of long term potential with Insight Global since most positions are contract, and while they offer benefits they are very basic (slightly better than the norm to have any benefits as a contractor).

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
