      This is a great job right out of college. It is a very comfortable transition and you are never bored at any point in the day. If you are a competitive, social person this opportunity is perfect for you. If you work hard and push yourself you will be rewarded. There is always room to grow with this company and they are constantly creating new opportunities for people.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
