      Nice people and offices are nice

      Cons

      No opportunity for commission for first 1-1.5 years until you are promoted, once promoted takes a long time to actually make any commission (another 6 months - 1 year) and very little control and correlation to hard work turning into commission. When candidates back out or managers move roles = starting all over. No 401K match ($250 match per YEAR, yes that is correct)

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
