      The income potential is literally unlimited and the culture is second to none. Ensuring that new hires are trained properly and thoroughly so that they can prosper is a huge focus here.

      The industry is fast-paced and you absolutely need to be competitive. Must be naturally energetic and engaging as client relationships are the core of our business.

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Wish 401k match was better, especially for long term contractors.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
