Pros

I have been working for Insight Global for about 5 years now. I joined straight out of college and have not looked back since. It was the best decision I have ever made. I have worked in 2 separate office locations and have been promoted twice into management. It's a great company for individuals who are eager, self motivated and wanting to build a career. I absolutely love the work environment and my co-workers too. We are all friends in and outside of work. We hang out on the weekends and genuinely care about each other. But in the office, everyone is hard working and wants to be successful. You get a ton of support from management, but you definitely have to have the drive to succeed. Overall, Insight Global is a great company and I see myself here for a long time.

Cons

It can be long hours at times, but you get out of it what you put in. The harder you work, the more successful you will be.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
