Pros

Starting my career at Insight Global is without a doubt one of the best choices I have made in my life thus far. I was promised unlimited opportunity in my very first interview and that is truly what I have been given. Thanks to the incredible mentors I have had along the way I learned what it meant to be a true hard working professional. I was coached every step of the way and given a road map to succeed. The success I have been able to achieve both financially and in advancement is incredible. I cannot imagine working for another company that does not share our values or work ethic.

Cons

To be successful at Insight Global you must have one thing, the intrinsic motivation to be the best you can possibly be. You must bring your A game every single day and be committed to never giving up. The reason our company has been successful is no secret, it is the pure combination of hard work and persistence. This career path is certainly not for everyone since complacency is not accepted or tolerated. If you are looking to become comfortable in mediocrity, this is not the place for you.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
