      - Weekly Pay - Nice Building and rooftop - Next to Marta for easy transit - WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      - People have worked there their entire career so no diverse experiences in other work environments which causes lack of perspectives - Very Cliquey and gossipy - Lacks diversity in people of color especially in the c-suite or leadership roles - Way to many meetings about nothing - Poor Benefits (especially healthcare, equity, and 401k) - Promote based on favorites not skill

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
