      Great culture Weekly Pay Flexible Mangagement ( 4 days in office, but management lets you wfh the last hour of the day to beat traffic, you can also wfh the whole week of major holidays like Memorial Day) Beautiful office with a gorgeous outdoor terrace Free fancy coffee machines that make everything They promote a ton from within, companies constantly growing! Very diverse, active ERGs

      8-5 schedule ( can also do 7-4) Salary bands are good for corporate roles

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
