      Straight forward work and tasks are given

      Cons

      - Leadership goes through many changes and often times the support is pretty fake - Room for growth is limited and pay raises every year are random. Sometimes you get it sometimes you don't. - Once they can cut their budget they'll off load all their work to offshore

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Wish 401k match was better, especially for long term contractors.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
