      None at all, absolutely horrible

      Cons

      Horrible Agency only worry about profit. Hiring process especially takes forever & respect you to wait around for over a week. Also have 3-4 different places doing benefits, payroll, HR & more. Then want you to allow you to be talk to any type of way be employer on site. Also will mess up your wages(own me over a $1,000.00. Out there own mouth just take it,do as you are told,burn no bridges, because we have several big contracts coming up. Beware Stay clear of these lying extremely untrained & inexperienced individuals.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
