      -trauma bonded with coworkers so I did make some good connections and friends working here

      Cons

      -everything -very toxic environment -lots of favoritism and unfair processes -work life balance

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Cons

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
