Pros
Ingredient innovation. broad portfolio of ingredients. Most people are very nice and trying to do the right things. Company is trying to have cultural change for good.
Cons
Heretical. Work in silos. Too many directions, although they are all good ideas. A few of upper managers have too strong of opinions and did not empower their employee.
