      Pros

      Ingredion seems interested in developing its employees and promoting from within. Compensation and benefits are pretty good also. 401k is incredible.

      Cons

      I haven’t really had any awful experiences, most of the people I’ve worked with have been good.

      Great company to work for. Really cares for their employees. Great pay in good benefits. Environmentally conscious.

      Pay is good. Especially if you’re just starting your career.

      Sometimes long hours and you can’t turn down overtime.
