      Pros

      Good benefits package, and safety conscious work culture.

      Cons

      HR team unresponsive to employee needs (always behind closed door or in a meeting). A retiree came in and needed help and had to wait one hour for an HR Rep., only to be told they had to make an appointment and the soonest they could be seen is in one week.

      Pay is good. Especially if you’re just starting your career.

      Sometimes long hours and you can’t turn down overtime.
