      Pros

      No Pro's to speak of. This is not the same company it was even 2 or 3 years ago.

      Cons

      No increase in pay (Maybe 1-2% annually if lucky), Low bonuses, Work on Sick and PTO and if sick and calling out they will threaten termination. If in a shared service center or anywhere outside of Chicago expect Career Opportunities to be horizontal or null.

      Great company to work for. Really cares for their employees. Great pay in good benefits. Environmentally conscious.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Especially if you’re just starting your career.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours and you can’t turn down overtime.
