Pros
1) Positive and Jolly Atmosphere 2) State-of-the-Art Information Systems 3) Teamwork oriented 4) Lots of opportunities for career advancement
Cons
1) Less recognition as compared to other team members in different roles who may be performing less work than you, but still getting awarded certificates. 2) No freedom in working (i.e. mutimedia from systems is banned) which should not be so; employees should be given free rein in doing their work; results matter most. 3) Managers are not always at-par with subordinates expectations-They need to go through a stricter/more rigorous screening process to be promoted up the management chain.
