Pros

I have to say that there is no Pro. Literally none sadly.

Cons

Management sucks. Never care about their employees and their jobs even worse they are harassing their employees on a daily basis in many ways. One day my former boss came to one of my co-workers to abuse her race verbally and physically. Even if the boss was joking, what she did to her was unforgivable.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies.
