Pros
It's good for starting a career but I would not work there for more than few years. Flexible work timings.
Cons
It has unstable management team because people come and go which puts bad impression on engineers. People tend to poke into each other's personal business. No flexibility to work on different aspects of the products that is why it is good to work there only for few years. Not innovative as such but it could be because of product domain constraints.
