Work wise, mostly it is relax. But although that depends on team you are in. Perk wise, it is ok as you get food, gifts. Started giving shares to employee Work life balance in most teams are good.
Cons
Compare to market, share & salary are less Promotion system is horrible, as deserving candidates don't get unless they run behind senior. manager. Never counter offer once you have some other offer. No good product strategy, everything revolves around Power Center Cloud journey is failure for them
